Preston Rolls is a freelance portrait photographer from Austin, Texas. Back in 2015, he was able to start up his own photography business, Preston Rolls Photography. As a portrait photographer, Preston’s style encapsulates his creative visions through experimental processes, advanced studio lighting, warm and vibrant tones.
Since then, Preston has been pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography & Media Arts at Saint Edward's University, where he is currently completing his final semester as a senior. Preston has since had his editorial photographs featured in magazines such as Glaze and Alamoda. Here at St. Eds, Preston has been given the opportunity to work as Co-Head Lab Monitor where he’s been able to find a new passion for teaching film and studio photography. This year on campus, Preston has shifted his work to focus on more experimental techniques in and outside of the studio.
